Dear Delegates,

 

My name is Carlos Molina and I'm a student of Instituto Cumbres de Caracas. I was born on Austin, TX while my dad was studying at UT Austin. There me and my sister were born during the 5 years we lived there. After that we moved to Chile where I lived two years. When I was seven years old I moved to Venezuela ( fun fact: I spoke a kind of Spanglish by that time) I enrolled in Cumbres as a first grader and there I learned to speak fluently Spanish and English and to read and write. I've been studying here ever since and been doing pretty well. Right now I've done my SAT and other exams, as I aspire to study abroad. I been 10 months in a relationship and really enjoy doing Model of the UN. This year I went to Ivy League Model of United Nations Conference and won, besides most of my MUN experience is in English so I'm really excited for my commitee.

I am pleased to welcome you to ICCMUN 2015. I’m confident that ECOFIN will be an exciting committee, filled with a lot of debate, excitement and surprises. We have been working for months preparing this committee. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with questions, comments or anything. 

 

As delegates you will have to take big decisions that will be crucial for either success or to making mistakes that will be important in the future. We expect excellent resolutions and good ideas in the committee. Your goal is to promote peace and make the world a better and safer place.
